Chinese knotting has been around over 500 years and has been re-invented may times from macramé to scoubidou. Although some of the knots are not stable enough to be used for jewellery there is still plenty of opportunity to create interesting pieces. Chinese knotting cord is lovely and smooth, comes in a wide range of colours, and easy to unpick if you make a mistake! It also works extremely well with lampwork (handmade glass beads).
